Gerald Beuchelt is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Acronis, bringing decades of experience in information security, privacy, and compliance. Known for his ability to lead cross-functional teams and design cost-effective security programs, Gerald has an impressive track record of managing complex cybersecurity challenges and enhancing organizational resilience. Before joining Acronis, Gerald held leadership roles at Sprinklr, where he built and scaled the company's first security program during its $4 billion IPO, and at LogMeIn, where he successfully merged security teams following a $5 billion corporate merger. He has also served as the Chief Security Officer at Demandware, where he led security efforts that contributed to its $3 billion acquisition by Salesforce. Gerald is a recognized thought leader in the cybersecurity space, having served on multiple boards, including the National Cyber Security Alliance and ID.ME Cyber Security Board. Gerald holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Physics from the University of Cologne and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He also holds certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and others.

Natalie joined Acronis as a Distribution Account Manager managing a number of distributors in the UK. Natalie currently works as the Senior Alliances Manager and responsible for working with ISV’s and growing the integrations Acronis Eco-System across Europe as well as working with Alliance partners globally to drive revenue and relationship. Prior to Acronis Natalie held a number of senior management positions from outside of the Technology industry bringing a wealth of experience across Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Project management against a commercial backdrop.

Alex Ruslyakov is head of the Global Channel organization at Acronis, serving in the position of Channel Chief since late 2020. Alex drives world-wide partner programs and partner account management functions with a focus on the increase of Acronis partner ecosystem and fueling Acronis partners’ growth. Prior to that, Alex was leading the Global Sales Engineering organization at Acronis in the position of VP Global Sales Engineering. Through his past 15 years at Acronis at different times, Alex held positions of Director of Global Professional Services, Director of Development – leading Cloud Solutions R&D Team, Head of Product Management for corporate products, and Technical Account Manager for strategic accounts. Alex started his career in 2003 as Sun Solaris Systems Engineer after getting his Master’s degree in computer science and software programming. He also graduated from Harvard Business School in Sales and Distribution Channel Teams Management.

Mitko Todorov is a Channel Program Manager at Acronis, managing the Acronis Partner Program and Partner Portal with a keen focus on the business needs. Leveraging over 10 years of experience in the channel industry, Mitko is committed to helping Acronis partners grow their businesses and accelerate their partnership journey through the introduction of additional Partner Program benefits and automations. Actively engaged in strategic projects, he contributes to driving key improvements and standardizing initiatives on a global scale.

Oleg Shaikhatarov drives excellence within R&D, Product Management and Operations. Before moving to this role, Oleg served as VP of Product Management at Acronis, responsible for Cyber Platform and Cyber Infrastructure and focused on driving integration capabilities of Acronis Cyber Platform and growing adoption among large number of ISV and Platform Integration partners of Acronis. With over seven years at Acronis, Oleg has also served as VP of Engineering at Acronis and driven development efforts for core parts of Acronis products including Cyber Platform, Cyber Files, Cyber Backup and Cyber Disaster Recovery.

Jeff has worked in technology for his entire career and been knee-deep in the hosting and service provider space for 17 years. His career has covered all the angles – from hardware, software, and hosting, to the cloud while working in large enterprises, small startups, and the in-betweens. He specializes in messaging, human behavior, economics, and “solving the human puzzle” of marketing and communications. Jon McCarrick is the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Curriculum at Acronis, where over the last decade he has built and led the Acronis Academy, helping thousands of service providers worldwide strengthen their cybersecurity and data protection practices. With more than twenty years of experience in the cloud and hosting industry — including leadership roles at Parallels and Open-Xchange — Jon is recognized for driving partner enablement, education-based marketing, and practical approaches to complex technology. A frequent speaker at global industry events, he is known for blending deep expertise with clear, actionable insights for both business leaders and technical professionals.
