Markus holds a degree in Information Electronics and has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry with extensive expertise in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, as well as Presales and distribution of products and services. He held various Sales and Channel positions in which he, amongst other things, imparted technological expertise to Partners. Moreover, he was responsible for the expansion of the Channel Business and provided a reputable and knowledgeable reference point for Suppliers as well as Partners. Markus’ mission at Acronis is to drive strategies and share technological expertise with Partners, Customers and Resellers. He works on all Channel levels and is responsible for Acronis trainings and workshops throughout EMEA.

Francisco has been working in Acronis for over 17 years and he has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry in training, presales, support, and system administration areas. He was previously a teacher of mathematics, physics, and computer sciences in High School. He has obtained multiple certifications from VMware, Microsoft, and CompTIA Security+.

Maxime holds a diploma in Information Technology and boasts a distinguished career spanning 17 years in the field. His tenure was predominantly marked by his role at a prominent French distributor, where he served as an Information Technology technician. In this capacity, he adeptly provided support to Managed Service Providers (MSPs), conducted informative webinars, and undertook responsibilities as a system and network administrator. Maxime's present mission at Acronis is to impart knowledge, share his product proficiency, and fervently advocate for the merits of the company among MSPs. As he succinctly articulated, his aspiration is to empower MSPs to attain the status of Super-MSPs and harness their latent superpowers through comprehensive training.
