Win tickets to the Vegas Grand Prix F1

We have a special surprise for the attendees of the Acronis CyberApp Build virtual event of October 24: a contest between ISVs for the best NEW integration scenarios with the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform. Winner will receive two tickets to the Las Vegas Grand-Prix F1 event. How cool is that!

• The contest is organized and sponsored by Acronis (“Sponsor”). 
• The participation is not mandatory. 
• The contest is a trade promotion open to Independent Software Vendor (ISV) businesses that are participants of the Acronis CyberApp Build virtual event on October 31, 2023 and are organized and located in the fifty United States or District of Columbia (“Eligible ISV”).  Void outside of the fifty (50) U.S. and D.C., and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Entries must be submitted by an authorized representative of the Eligible ISV, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (‘Participants”).  Prize will be awarded only to the Eligible ISV, not to the individual Participant.To enter, Participants must send a brief written description of a new integration scenario with Acronis, its value for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), the functionality and the journey of the MSP using the integration (“entry”).  Send the entry via email to TPP@acronis.com. All entries must be received by 8:00 a.m. ET on October 31, 2023.  Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. No existing published integration can enter the contest. • The winner will be selected by Acronis Product Management team based equally on the following judging criteria: (a) the unique integration scope and (b) value for the MSP community. The entry with the highest score shall be declared the winner, subject to compliance with these Official Rules.  In the event of a tie, the winner shall be the Participant whose entry scored highest in the unique integration scope category.
• Limit one (1) entry per ISV business. In the event of multiple entries from one same Participant, all of their submissions will be disqualified from the contest. 
• The contest is of "skills/knowledge" type, not a chance/lottery type. 
• No purchase is necessary in order to participate or win. 
• All eligible entries will be judged after the conclusion of the entry period and the winner will be announced on or after November 1st, 2023. 
• The potential winner will be contacted by email to verify eligibility and, if declared the official winner, to receive the tickets. The potential winner’s notification email may include prize acceptance documents which must be completed and returned per the provided instructions.  If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, elects to decline the prize or fails to return the required prize acceptance documents within the required time frame, it will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. 
• The prize is 2 (two) tickets to the Las Vegas Grand-Prix Formula 1 race (grandstand), taking place on Sunday, November 19, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV):  US$2,450 each ticket. At least one of the ticket users must be an adult age 18 or older.  If any ticket user is a minor, the other ticket user must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian. All applicable terms and restrictions of ticket issuer/venue apply. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to loss, damage, destruction (and such will not be replaced), or to delay or cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Event venue reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person or cause damage to or property loss at the event.  
• The tickets will be digital and emailed to the winner. 
• The prize includes only the tickets to the race, without any transportation, nor accommodation included.  All federal, state and local taxes, if any, any other expenses associated with prize redemption and use of the tickets are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The prize cannot be exchanged to a different race tickets, nor redeemed in cash, nor resold. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion but without obligation to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value, in its entirety or any portion thereof, if it is or becomes impossible, not feasible or commercially impracticable to award the prize in whole or in part. 
• By participating, Participants agree to hold Sponsor, its officers, directors and employees harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Contest, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.  By participating in the Contest and/or accepting a Prize, each Participant grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, ISV name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet including Sponsor’s and/or unrelated third-parties’ social media platforms and sites, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
•  If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, including the selection of prize winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
• The name of the winner will be published on this website for a period of fifteen (15) days after verification of winner and award of the prize.
