Dr. Serg Bell is a tech entrepreneur, investor and executive. He founded two-dozen global IT companies, numerous venture funds and several science and education centers, including Constructor Group (formerly known as SIT), Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Webpros, Runa Capital and Terra.VC. Serg is also involved in developing science and education around the globe in various ways. Dr. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in physics, an M.S. with honors in physics and electrical engineering, and a Ph.D. in computer science. He has filed over 350 patents (USPTO) with an H-index of 47.

Kevin Reed is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Acronis, bringing over 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. He has a proven track record of driving security initiatives that emphasize practical risk mitigation over mere compliance. Kevin’s expertise spans across DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and the development of robust security frameworks tailored to modern business needs. Kevin’s career is marked by significant achievements, including the implementation of cryptographic protection for one of Europe's largest banks, the establishment of a security organization from the ground up for a NASDAQ-traded search engine company, and leadership of IT operations and infrastructure for Southeast Asia's leading e-commerce platform, Lazada. At Lazada, Kevin focused on bolstering the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and managing incident response. His efforts successfully defended the platform against large-scale DDoS attacks and enhanced the overall reliability and performance of the company's technology stack. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kingston University. Since joining Acronis in early 2019, Kevin has redefined the company’s security strategy, developed cutting-edge security solutions, and launched a public bug bounty program that ranks among the top on external platforms. He leads the Acronis Threat Research Unit (ATRU) on a global scale, driving research on embedded device security, uncovering vulnerabilities (CVE-2020-3928, CVE-2020-3929, CVE-2020-3930), and collaborating with Singapore CERT to protect customers from potential threats. Kevin is an active participant in the cybersecurity community, frequently sharing his expertise at workshops, conferences, and meetups, including HITB and Div0 in Singapore. He has also developed and led a comprehensive training program that has equipped over 40 individuals with the skills needed to embark on careers in cybersecurity.

An experienced leader with more than 20 years in the IT industry, Yury has built a proven track record of delivering innovative, market-shaping SaaS solutions. As Chief Product Officer at Acronis, he leads a global product management organization driving the evolution of Acronis’ portfolio into the next generation of integrated cyber protection solutions, centered on the flagship Acronis Cyber Protect platform and leveraging advanced AI to safeguard MSPs and end customers against emerging threats. Yury holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET).

Amos is passionate in latest technology trends. He comes from a solid technical IT infrastructure background. He has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. Holding multiple certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, and Red Hat. His interests and specializations include Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Hyper-V and VMware virtualization, Office 365 and G Suite, Cisco Routing and Switching, Network Security, and Linux Server. Among some of the companies that he had been with previously are Microsoft, IBM, T-Systems, Atos, HCL, NCS, and Visa. He held positions ranging from Solutions Architect, Presales and Techncial Consultant, Systems and Network Engineer, IT Manager, and Technical Trainer. Amos likes sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. His current and last 2 job roles were Training related.

As Senior Evangelist, Ron is responsible for Acronis channel partner training and education across the APJ and MEA region. With over 15 years of training delivery, management and development experience in the IT software and training industry in APJMEA, Ron has a deep working knowledge of how training and enablement can transform individuals and companies and accelerate returns on investment.

IT industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, focusing on cloud and digital transformation, business development, sales and marketing. Recognized for his broad international experience in emerging and developed markets, Pasha is used to leading operations in multinational environment – experienced in running large teams and managing $500m+ businesses. Pasha Ershow served as Acronis Chief Revenue Officer in 2018 – 2020, and since 2021 took the role of Acronis Senior Vice President, responsible for Global Channel Strategy and also managing APJ & MEA Sales, based out of Singapore. Prior to Acronis, Pasha held executive roles at major companies like Microsoft, Ingram Micro and Parallels. Holding a Master’s degree in Economics from Moscow State University of International Relations, he is most passionate about technology and people talent development.

Jan-Jaap (JJ) Jager joined Acronis in 2014 to develop emerging markets. After that, he launched the Cloud business at Acronis, served as Chief Revenue Officer and Board Advisor. Before returning to Acronis as a CEO, JJ served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Virtuozzo, a leading provider of hyperconverged cloud solutions, and Chief Executive Officer of Chainstack, a leading blockchain infrastructure provider. JJ brings the wealth of experience as a serial entrepreneur, seasoned executive and investor in the technology market. Before joining Acronis, JJ held leadership roles at plusserver, Parallels, SWsoft and Microsoft. JJ holds a BSc in Economics and International Marketing from the HEAO Economics & International Business School (IBS) and an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt.
