Do I need to also register for MSP Global to join the Acronis TRU Security Summit?
To gain full access to your event experience, including attendee badge, hotel booking, shuttle seats reservation, you must register for both Acronis TRU Security Summit and MSP Global 2025.
Step 1: Register on this page for Acronis TRU Security Summit 2025. Event admission tickets are free. Your registration confirmation email will be sent to you automatically within 5 min after the registration form submission. Please note that it will not contain your attendee QR code.
Step 2: Register on the MSP Global 2025 website using the promo code "Acronis" for FREE admission. You will then get an automated email informing you that the form submission is received, and is submitted for approval. Within 48h you will get the registration confirmation email from the event organizers containing your attendee QR code. After that you will be able to proceed with the next steps, including your hotel booking.
What is included in my event pass?
Both Acronis TRU Security Summit and MSP Global event pass include:
1. Access to the entire event program (conference sessions, Expo hall, networking activities),
2. Meals (food and drinks) as per program, starting from welcome coffee on Monday, Oct 20 till the Closing party on Thursday, Oct 23.
3. Fee shuttles from / to BCN (Barcelona International) airport to hotel PortAventura / PortAventura Convention Center. Shuttle schedule can be found at https://mspglobal.com/shuttle/.
What is NOT INCLUDED into the event admission and the event guest must be taking care individually:
- Flight tickets to / from Barcelona.
- Individual ground transportation (taxi, rent-a-car, train, bus).
- Hotel accommodation in PortAventura Hotel or another hotel.
What hotel is recommended and how can I book a room?
We recommend staying in one of the two hotels of the event — the PortAventura Hotel PortAventura or PortAventura Caribe hotel, both located 10-12 minutes' walk from the PortAventura Convention Center. You can find more details and book your room on the MSP Global 2025 website as part of your registration process for the MSP Global. Both hotels offer special prices for our event participants. If one hotel is sold out for your dates, please try booking the other one. Reach out to us if any questions.
Will you organize session streaming from Acronis TRU Security Summit 2025?
Is the event in English only?
I need a visa support letter to obtain Schengen visa. How can I get such document?
Generate your visa support letter for the dates of Acronis TRU Security Summit + MSP Global (Oct 20-23, 2025) from your attendee account:
- Step 1. First register to MSP Global, get the registration confirmation email and log in to your account with the link received in that email.
- Step 2. Go to the top right menu. Fill out the form.
- Step 3. You will receive the visa support letter to your email, as an attachment pdf, and it will be for the period of Oct 20-23, 2025.
Will be there FREE bus shuttles organized for the event participants from / to Barcelona airport?
- The event provides FREE BCN Airport shuttles, running from Monday, October 20 through Friday, October 24.
- Please find the shuttle schedule at https://mspglobal.com/shuttle/
- Seat reservation is required! Book your ride HERE.
- To board the shuttle at BCN airport, you will need to present your MSPG registration confirmation email and bus seat reservation confirmation to the driver / hostess.
- Bus pickup locations in BCN Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are included in your seat reservation confirmation email.
Where and when can I pick up my attendee badge?
You will be able to pick up your attendee badge on one of the days. Wearing the badge is required throughout the event.
📍 Staying in one of the event hotels, PortAventura or Caribe?
🕕 Starting Sunday, October 19, you can collect your event badge along with your room key directly at your hotel reception.
If you're not staying in the event hotels (PortAventura Hotel PortAventura or PortAventura Hotel Caribe), grab your badge at our event check-in desks.
