Born in Livingston, Dickov started playing football around the age of nine for his local team Livingston United and when in the under-13s caught the eye of Arsenal scout Malcolm McGregor. Dickov joined the youth ranks of Arsenal in 1989, before being promoted to the first team in 1990. Dickov played as a forward from 1990 to 1996 with Arsenal, where he won the UEFA Cup Winners Cup in 1994. He moved to Manchester City in 1996 who were then in Division One. Dickov made his City debut as a substitute against Stoke City on 24 August, which was manager Alan Ball's final match. Dickov made his first Manchester City start in the next match, in a 2–1 win over Charlton Athletic. Over six seasons at the club, Dickov experienced two promotions and two relegations, playing in three different divisions. In the 1998-99 season final of the promotion playoffs against Gillingham, a 15-yard, top corner injury time equaliser scored by Dickov took the game to extra time, with City going on to earn promotion to the First Division. This strike was voted City's Greatest Ever Goal in a 2005 poll conducted by Manchester City. Dickov left in 2002 to join Leicester City, where he stayed for two seasons and, in 2004, he signed for Blackburn Rovers, and was part of the team which qualified for the UEFA Cup in 2005–06. Upon the expiry of his Blackburn contract in 2006, he re-joined Manchester City and later went on to play for Crystal Palace, Blackpool, Leicester City, Derby County and Leeds United. He joined Oldham Athletic in 2010 as player/manager and later retired from the playing side of the game to concentrate on the managerial side of his position. Dickov resigned from Oldham Athletic in February 2013. He was also manager of Doncaster Rovers from May 2013 through to September 2015. Dickov now represents Manchester City at events in Manchester and around the world. His close affiliation with the Club continues to keep him as a fan-favourite.

Gaidar is the President at Acronis, overseeing technical and business education for partners and employees, strategic initiatives for developing the business of Acronis partners, and global partner communication and marketing organization. Gaidar has been with Acronis since 2013, serving in various roles: Business Manager / Chief of Staff to the CEO, General Manager of Consumer Division, Vice President of Online Sales, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Success Officer. For more than six years, Gaidar has primarily focused on helping service providers build and grow their business with Acronis. Before joining Acronis, Gaidar was an Investment Director at a venture capital firm, Runa Capital, and held various roles at Microsoft, primarily responsible for developing technology startups, web development and service providers. Before his corporate career, Gaidar was a scientist specializing in Raman spectroscopy and quantum chemical calculations and a software engineer, leading various projects focused on data storage, management and analysis. During his university years, Gaidar worked as a part-time managed service provider, serving the needs of small business customers.
