As the General Manager of Acronis Latin America and the Caribbean, Agustin brings nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and strategy in the tech industry. Agustin is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base at Acronis, while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Prior to joining Acronis, Agustin was a strategic leader at Microsoft, driving end-to-end SMB and public sector business marketing strategies and defining the rhythm of business and sales processes at Microsoft for over nine years. Agustin holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad del CEMA (UCEMA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Tiene como misión ayudar a mejorar la ciber protección de las organizaciones pivotando entre la seguridad y la disponibilidad. Su experiencia tanto técnica como a nivel de ventas le permite entender las necesidades de negocio con especial foco en infraestructura Cloud y On premises, modelos de disponibilidad y ciberseguridad, así como en herramientas de gestión del puesto de trabajo. Actualmente forma parte del equipo de ventas en Acronis Iberia con Senior Solutions Engineer.

Alex Ruslyakov is head of the Global Channel organization at Acronis, serving in the position of Channel Chief since late 2020. Alex drives world-wide partner programs and partner account management functions with a focus on the increase of Acronis partner ecosystem and fueling Acronis partners’ growth. Prior to that, Alex was leading the Global Sales Engineering organization at Acronis in the position of VP Global Sales Engineering. Through his past 15 years at Acronis at different times, Alex held positions of Director of Global Professional Services, Director of Development – leading Cloud Solutions R&D Team, Head of Product Management for corporate products, and Technical Account Manager for strategic accounts. Alex started his career in 2003 as Sun Solaris Systems Engineer after getting his Master’s degree in computer science and software programming. He also graduated from Harvard Business School in Sales and Distribution Channel Teams Management.

As SVP Business Operations / Chief of Staff Alona (Elena) Geckler is responsible for the CEO's operations and Rhythm of Business; oversees internal communications, Acronis culture, corporate initiatives, government relations and special cross-company projects. She also brings a passion for diversity and women in leadership, overseeing the Women in Tech program that helps elevate women’s careers within the Acronis community through mentorship opportunities. Alona brings two decades of leadership and operations management. Before joining Acronis in early 2019, Alona spent 11 years at Microsoft, serving as a Chief of Staff for Global Services at Microsoft HQ as well as leading several divisions on her own (Microsoft Services, Microsoft Business Solutions etc). Before Microsoft Alona served as a Vice President for Global Marketing at IT-consulting company Columbus IT (HQ in Denmark). Alona holds a Master's Degree in Economics.

Author, screenwriter and presenter Charlie Brooker created the critically acclaimed anthology series Black Mirror, with the seventh season of the nine-time Emmy-winning show due to launch on Netflix in 2025. Brooker is also the creator of BBC/Netflix comedy series Cunk on Earth and C4 zombie horror Dead Set. He is the co-creator of Nathan Barley and the unfairly overlooked (his words) A Touch of Cloth. As a writer-presenter, he dismayed viewers for years with his series of Wipe shows for the BBC. In a previous life, he worked as a TV critic, video game reviewer and cartoonist, although not all at the same time.

Christophe Reglat, President of Sxipher, is a trailblazer in cybersecurity, known for his innovative leadership. Under his guidance, Sxipher developed Genesis, the first Offensive Autonomous Deep Learning AI Penetration Testing software. Genesis revolutionizes cybersecurity by using AI to conduct fast, accurate penetration tests, empowering Blue Teams to stay ahead of threats. Christophe’s commitment to innovation and ethics extends to his role on the CompTIA Advisory Council for AI.

Ciaran has spent the past 15 years in technology sales 10 years of which have been in leadership roles. Ciaran has been with Acronis for 3.5 years holding a number of positions using his extensive channel knowledge and relationship building skills to drive revenues for our partners in European. Ciaran is responsible for Large SP Acquisition and Sports TeamUp in Europe where his day-to-day role is supporting various teams within Acronis to leverage our best-in-industry solution and channel programme.
