Jeff has worked in technology for his entire career and been knee-deep in the hosting and service provider space for 17 years. His career has covered all the angles – from hardware, software, and hosting, to the cloud while working in large enterprises, small startups, and the in-betweens. He specializes in messaging, human behavior, economics, and “solving the human puzzle” of marketing and communications. At Acronis, his mission is to make the Hosting Service Providers (HSP) space safer and more profitable. He’d love to meet you, so come up and say hello.

Having been with Acronis 6 years now, James Erby helps align the appropriate data protection & cyber security software to meet the needs of our partners’ environments. He is responsible for working with potential and current partners to demonstrate Acronis software and you will often find James regularly hosting product knowledge and technical training seminars. During non-Covid times, he's on the road educating people about Acronis software solutions.

Keith has over 25 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Communication Systems. After 20 years in several different technical and leadership roles, Keith joined UbiStor in 2014 as the VP of Channels Solutions. During that time, he has integrated several new channel partners and technologies into our ecosystem greatly increasing our customer reach. His focus on marketing, sales enablement, and training coupled with his extensive technical experience allow him to have in-depth sales and technical discussions with our partners and their end customers.
