With over 32 years of experience in the IT channel, I am a passionate and results-oriented executive who leads the sales strategy and operations for Arrow ECS ANZ, a global provider of technology solutions and services. As the Director of Sales ANZ, I manage a team of sales professionals who deliver value-added solutions to our customers and partners, leveraging our expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, data, and IoT. I also oversee the sales business planning, contract management, and process improvement for the ANZ region, ensuring alignment with the global vision and goals of Arrow ECS. In addition, I serve as the Executive Council ANZ and Cybersecurity Lead for CompTIA, a leading voice and advocate for the global IT industry. In this role, I promote the advancement and recognition of the IT channel and cybersecurity professionals, through networking, education, certification, and advocacy. I am also a speaker, author, and diversity champion, who contributes to various IT publications and initiatives, and has been a WIICTA finalist twice. My mission is to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in the IT channel and cybersecurity, by building strategic alliances, developing go-to-market strategies, and empowering the next generation of IT leaders. I am always eager to learn from and collaborate with my peers and mentors, and to share my insights and best practices with the IT community.
