Mark Wiener is a professional agent of change. His current role is president of BizCom Global, a Managed Cloud Service Provider that serves professional services and manufacturing clients with a cloud-first approach to business productivity, security, and efficiency. With his 30 years of experience working with companies from the halls of the fortune 500, down to the local mom-and-pop businesses, Mark helps companies improve their operational performance with planned and proper implementation of technology, which includes appropriate security controls. Mark brings unique perspectives around emergency incident management to the technical services industry, with experience gained from days managing incident command for more than two dozen mass causality incidents in New York City. This experience has allowed for his customers to be prepared and for systems to be tested and when all fails a streamlined recovery.

Juergen has more than 20 years of experience in the international IT industry. He founded his first own company in 2015 in Austria. In 2019 he founded his other company ARES Cyber Intelligence (www.ares-ci.com) and has focused his competences on fighting cybercrime. His expertise in profiling, negotiation and cyber crisis management has prevented huge damages in more than 100 incidents in the last two years and helped the affected companies in recovery and protection. In 2021, he and his team were able to recover 34 affected companies at the same time from ransomware. This was his reason to invest in research of quantum cryptography and high performance computing in the future and to develop a centralized incident response platform.

Candid Wüest is the VP of Product Management at Acronis, the Swiss-Singaporean cyber protection company, where he researches new threat trends and comprehensive protection methods. He has worked for 16+ years as the tech lead for Symantec's global security response team. Wüest is a frequent conference speaker, holds a master of computer science from ETH Zurich, various certifications & patents.

Steve Brining serves as the partner technology evangelist for Acronis Cyber Protect at Acronis. Prior to Acronis, Mr. Brining honed his skills for over 25 years as a cybersecurity expert at PatchLink, McAfee, BeyondTrust and other technology companies. Mr. Brining holds a Masters in Business Administration in E-Business and Masters in Science in Technology and Innovation Management with specialization in Cybersecurity.
