Ezequiel Steiner is a President and a member of Acronis’ Board of Directors. Until 2016 he was a General Manager for the Access Business Unit as well as Head of Business Development at Acronis. Before joining Acronis in June 2013, Steiner served as CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board at Acumatica, Inc. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development of SWsoft, today known as Parallels. Steiner led Parallels’ business development efforts and was responsible for its strategic alliances, technology partnerships, and acquisitions. Previously, Ezequiel spent several years in sales management and business development positions at IBM, where he was awarded the IBM Role Model Award and was instrumental in the successful displacement of IBM competitors from major accounts. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Arsenal have been blessed with quality, consistent left-backs for decades. Many would argue that the best of those was Nigel Winterburn. The Midlander served the Club for 13 years, holding down a permanent spot in 'The Back Four' during the late 1980s and throughout the 1990s. His professionalism and appetite for the game commanded the respect of fans throughout his Highbury career until his departure in the early months of the 21st century. At the age of 36, Winterburn left for West Ham with his desire as strong as ever. It was testament to the player's attitude that he sought a club which allowed him to continue plying his trade at the highest level. Winterburn was originally signed with a view to replacing the aging Kenny Sansom but spent the majority of his debut season in the Reserves. He duly impressed and earned the right to fight for a starting berth. It was no easy task, replacing a stalwart like Sansom, yet Nigel met it with distinction. Although predominantly a defender in a water-tight team, Winterburn was not adverse to bombing forward on the left flank. He did just that, and could finish too. Scorching drives against Chelsea and Norwich live long in the memory, as does one with his weaker right foot against former club Wimbledon in the closing stages of the 1988/89 Championship race. But his return of 12 goals is dwarfed by the mountain of assists that Winterburn supplied. He was superbly accurate from the byline and had a cute knack of prising open defences with incisive back-to-front passes. His set-piece delivery was perhaps most in evidence when he crossed for Alan Smith to head the first goal on that famous night at Anfield in May 1989. On the back-foot the twice-capped Englishman was a fierce tackler and had an engine and tactical nous that ensured opposing forwards rarely stole a yard on him. Winterburn's presence in the 'Double' side of 1998 was well merited and testament to his longevity. He spent the season seemingly defying his increasing years, eliminating signs of vulnerability which had started to creep into his game before the arrival of Arsène Wenger. Winterburn left north London with a bag full of swag - three league titles, two FA Cups, a League Cup and a European Cup Winners Cup - and he continues to work for the Club in a broadcasting capacity.

Katya Ivanova leads Global Sales at Acronis. Katya has been with the company since 2011 and has held different Sales and Technical Support positions. Katya holds vast international experience; her teams build and support a strong partner ecosystem that reaches customers in more than 150 countries worldwide. Katya is responsible for the Acronis sales strategy and the development of critical programs that help Acronis attract new service providers and support the growth of its existing partner network.

Former professional player, Shaun Wright-Phillips boasts an incredibly successful career playing at top-flight of English football. The striker joined Manchester City at just 17 and was played a critical role in the club securing promotion to the Premier League Football in 2001. Wright-Phillips went on to player for Chelsea, Queens Park Rangers before rejoining the light blues. In total, he made 177 league appearance for the club. Later in his career, Wright-Phillips joined the MLS playing for the New York Red Bulls and Phoenix Rising FC. Wright-Phillips enjoyed success on the international stage. He has 36 caps for England and joined the National Team in the South Africa for the 2010 World Cup. Now a common face on TV screens, he is a regular pundit for the BBC and other sports channels.

Leif Lindbäck has been in PE for 24 years, investing mainly in software, telco and business services. As co-head of CVC European Tech, he led investments into Webpros, System C, Acronis, RGI and twoday.

Vicente Diaz has a nearly 20-year career in cybersecurity and threat intelligence. Dr Philipp Rösler holds management consulting mandates as well as supervisory board memberships in known Swiss and international companies. Philipp started his career as a medical doctor at the German Armed Forces but left the German Bundeswehr as a captain to join politics in 2003. He served as the chairman of the Free Democratic Party in the German state of Lower-Saxony in which he was Deputy-Prime Minister and Minister of Economics, Labour and Transport. In 2009 he joined the Federal Government of Germany as a Minister of Health in Federal Chancellor Merkel's second cabinet. In 2011 Philipp Rösler was elected as the Chairman of the Free Democratic Party in Germany and changed his portfolio to Federal Minister of Economics and Technology. He also became Vice-Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany. 2013 Dr Rösler left politics and joined the Managing Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva for four years. Thus he found his way to Switzerland, where he settled with his family in Zürich and collected trusting clients and board memberships ever since.
