Having been with Acronis 6 years now, James Erby helps align the appropriate data protection & cyber security software to meet the needs of our partners’ environments. He is responsible for working with potential and current partners to demonstrate Acronis software and you will often find James regularly hosting product knowledge and technical training seminars. During non-Covid times, he's on the road educating people about Acronis software solutions.

Josh has been a well-rounded expert in the IT industry for 25 years. Josh started with break-fix computer solutions around 2006, then found expertise in hosting and server management for another several years before moving to help businesses grow in marketing and advertising. Presently, Josh works at Acronis to provide Cyber Security solutions to MSPs.

Harry has been a solutions engineer with Acronis for 2 years now assisting potential partners with the integration of their current stack and the Acronis platform. Partner success being his top priority, he ensures partners gain the necessary working knowledge and comfort level with Acronis to seamlessly onboard their customers. Having experience in the MSP space for several years prior to joining with Acronis, Harry works with current and potential partners to identify their pain points and demonstrate how the Acronis software can relieve them. He is focused on continued training with Acronis and can often be found on the road at partner events or leading webinars for the Acronis Cyber Protect Portal.
