SB is currently focused full-time on Acronis, the company he founded and returned to as a CEO. Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, has enjoyed rapid growth and is very profitable, generating hundreds of millions of US$ in revenue. SB also continues as a Senior Partner (part-time) at Runa Capital venture fund and Executive Chairman of Parallels.
SB is also dedicated to supporting innovation, and the development of science and education. He co-founded Qwave Capital venture fund, which was created for support of advanced quantum technologies.
SB is a Member of the Advisory Council of Innopolis. Innopolis University has already become an educational leader, featuring best practices from more than 100 teams of world-renowned professors and researchers.
SB is also a founder, main investor and Chairman of the Board of Acumatica – a leading company in the cloud ERP space, as well as founder and investor in a string of other high-tech companies.

René brings a storied career from more than 35-years’ experience in executive management at cybersecurity and software companies like Palo Alto Networks, Business Objects, Veritas and Oracle, René will explore the disruptive opportunities created by the emerging field of cyber protection.
Throughout his career, René successfully marketed and sold disruptive technologies. He created the Palo Alto Networks story from scratch, which catapulted it past larger, well-established vendors and made it the largest enterprise security company. With his keynote at the Acronis Global Cyber Summit 2020, he will share his experiences with a unique perspective on why Acronis Cyber Protect is poised to be the next disruption in cyber security.


Sir Julian King was EU Commissioner for the Security Union from 2016-2019, with responsibility for counter terrorism, cyber security, tackling hybrid threats, disinformation, and securing critical digital infrastructure. With the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union on 31 January 2020, he was the last British official to hold a position and portfolio within the European Commission.
He has held various positions, including: UK Ambassador to France (2016); Director General Economic & Consular (2014); DG of the Northern Ireland Office London and Belfast (2011); UK Ambassador to Ireland (2009); EU Commission Chef de Cabinet to Commissioner for Trade (2008); UK Representative on EU Political and Security Committee, (2004).

Amy Babinchak is the owner of three IT related businesses: Harbor Computer Services, Third Tier and Sell My MSP and has been working in small and medium business IT field for more than 20 years. She is a technical person with advanced skills in networking design, management and implementation. Amy values technology for what it does for people and the success it brings to business.
Amy is also a Microsoft MVP for 15 years, she received numerous leadership awards, she is a current executive council member of CompTia’s Managed Services community, public speaker at many conferences, technical writer and blogger, training course creator, sailor, gardener, traveler and my MSP, Harbor Computer Services, she was just recognized at one of the top 501 MSP’s in the Country coming in at a very respectable #40.

Larry Walsh is the leading go-to-market advisor to technology executives, channel leaders, and solution providers around the world. Widely known for his ability to cut through problems and challenges facing vendors, distributors, and solution providers, Walsh is sought for his advice, counsel, insights, and consultation on channel strategies and technology market trends. He and The 2112 Group team are responsible for crafting and shaping the channel strategies and programs of companies that span the hardware, software, cloud, and services spectrum of the technology industry.

Amy is a Channel Chief Evangelist at Acronis.
Amy brings a track record of success to Acronis as a successful leader and entrepreneur in the IT Services Channel, with an extensive record of achievement in Channel Sales program development and recruiting IT solution providers. She has strong technical expertise and domain knowledge in the rapidly evolving global managed, cloud and security services marketplace and a proven track record in creating profitable managed and cloud product portfolios, developing profitable Channel sales operations, increasing revenue quickly, and exploiting untapped market opportunities. Amy is founder and moderator of the global SMB Managed Services Community with 3000 active global SMB MSP reseller members.
Amy is also a proven entrepreneur and pioneer in the IT services industry having founded and built one of the first Managed Services Providers (MSPs) in the country and then expanded that into one of the first Master MSPs, defining that business model in the process.

Frank Dickson is a Program Vice President within IDC’s Cybersecurity Products research practice. In this role, he leads the team that delivers compelling research in the areas of Network Security; Endpoint Security; Cybersecurity Analytics, Intelligence, Response and Orchestration (AIRO); Identity & Digital Trust; Legal, Risk & Compliance; Data Security; IoT Security; and Cloud Security. Topically, he provides thought leadership and guidance for clients on a wide range of security products including endpoint security, identity and access management, authentication, threat analytics, and emerging products designed to protect transforming architectures and business models.
Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Dickson served as a Research Director, managing cybersecurity research practices which included network security, advanced analytics, mobile security, advanced persistent threats, malware, and enterprises’ growing adoption of outsourced security services (e.g., managed and professional security services). Mr. Dickson has also pioneered innovative research for a number of market intelligence firms serving as Vice President of Research, Mobile & Wireless with In-Stat (The NPD Group), founding MultiMedia Intelligence as Chief Research Officer, launching iSuppli’s TMT research practice, and managing Cahners In-Stat Group’s largest research practice (Multimedia) as Vice President of Research.

Karl W. Palachuk has been an IT Consultant since 1995 and is one of the pioneers of the managed services business model. He is the author of more than twenty books, most of which are also available as audio books. He is the founder of the Small Biz Thoughts Technology Community and maintains four blogs, including Small Biz Thoughts and Relax Focus Succeed.
Karl has owned several small businesses, including two very successful Managed Service companies in Sacramento, CA. He received his first Microsoft certification in 1995 and his first MCSE in 1999. He was an active, hands-on Systems Engineer until January of 2017. He now provides coaching and consulting services to IT professionals of all sizes.
