Cloud software and hosting industry veteran, Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in technical, management, and leadership roles in which he continuously brought innovation and global growth to brands. Patrick joins Acronis from GoDaddy, where he most recently served as President of the Partner Business. In that role, he led the company’s strategic expansion of its Hosting, Productivity, and Security services through resellers and agency partners. Combining that experience with his product development expertise, Patrick is an expert in developing successful, cloud-based go-to-market strategies, particularly through service providers, resale channels, and strategic alliances. Previously Patrick held executive leadership roles as CEO of Host Europe GmbH and Group CEO of Host Europe Group (HEG), where he served as Group COO – having grown HEG from a small business to one that sold for $1.8 billion. He earned his MBA from The Open University in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England.

Chris Voss is CEO of the Black Swan Group and author of the national best-seller “Never Split The Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It”, which was named one of the seven best books on negotiation. A 24-year veteran of the FBI, Chris retired as the lead international kidnapping negotiator. Drawing on his experience in high-stakes negotiations, his company specializes in solving business communication problems using hostage negotiation solutions. Their negotiation methodology focuses on discovering the “Black Swans,” small pieces of information that have a huge effect on an outcome. Chris and his team have helped companies secure and close better deals, save money, and solve internal communication problems. Chris has been featured in TIME, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, Inc., Fast Company, Fortune, The Washington Post, SUCCESS Magazine, Squawk Box, CNN, ABC News and more.

Born in Buenos Aires, Zabaleta played for Obras Sanitarias in his youth, before joining San Lorenzo. In January 2003, he was promoted to their first team and played there for two years. In 2005 he made the move to Europe after signing for Espanyol, where he made 102 appearances for the Spanish club and scored three goals. In 2008 Zabaleta signed for Manchester City under manager Mark Hughes, joining in the summer transfer window alongside players such as Vincent Kompany, Robinho and Shaun Wright-Phillips. He made his debut on 18September versus Omonia Nikosia in the UEFA Cup. City came away from the first leg with a 2-1 victory; Zabaleta contributing to his first game with an assist to help secure the win. During his time at Manchester City Zabaleta made 333 appearances, scored 11 goals and won five major honours. In 2011, under manager Roberto Mancini, City lifted the FA Cup after beating Stoke City 1-0 in the 130th final of the competition, ending the Club’s 35-year wait for a trophy. In 2012 Zabaleta played in the last game of the season versus QPR, a match which Manchester City needed to win to secure the Premier League title. Zabaleta scored City’s first goal but the team was 2-1 down going into stoppage time. Edin Dzeko equalised in the 91st minute with Sergio Aguero scoring again in the 93rd minute to finish the season on top of the Premier League on goal difference and win the title for the first time in 44 years. After winning the Premier League in 2012, Manchester City faced Chelsea in the Community Shield that summer, played at Villa Park. City won 3-2 thanks to goals from Yaya Toure, Carlos Tevez and Samir Nasri. In 2014, Zabaleta again helped Manchester City win the Premier League title, with the League Cup also adding to that season’s achievements. In 2017, Manchester City gave Zabaleta an emotional send-off at the Etihad Stadium as he left the Club to join West Ham United. He spent two seasons at the London Stadium before announcing his retirement. Zabaleta continues to work in football as a studio guest for Sky Sports and represents Manchester City at commercial events and Club activities.

Jamie Chadwick was inspired to start racing aged 11 after her brother, Ollie, attended a karting party and good old-fashioned sibling rivalry led her to achieve numerous wins at club level in the Junior series. A British Racing Drivers’ Club ‘Rising Star’, Jamie was the youngest – and first female – driver to win a British GT Championship and then became the first female winner of a BRDC British Formula 3 race and the MR Challenge Championship. Two race victories and three other podium finishes saw Jamie crowned the inaugural W Series champion in 2019, when she was also named as a Development Driver for the Williams F1 team. Jamie ended 2020 competing in the Formula Regional European Championship for Italian team Prema, having completed a 100-mile cycling challenge for cancer charity ‘Hope for Tomorrow’ – for whom she is an ambassador – during lockdown. In 2021, after a head to head battle with fellow Brit Alice Powell, Jamie became the two-time champion of W Series.

Serg Bell is the founder of Acronis, currently serving as the company’s Chairman and Chief Research Officer. Prior to this role, SB served as Acronis’ Chief Executive Officer from 2013-2021. SB was also Acronis’ first Chairman of the Board from 2003-2007 and again from 2019 to present-day. Before founding Acronis, SB served as Parallels’ CEO until 2011, a company that operates as a global leader in virtualization and automation software. SB still provides leadership to Parallels today as the company’s Executive Chairman. SB is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Acumatica, and a Senior Partner at Runa Capital, a global technology-focused venture capital firm he co-founded with university colleagues in 2010. As of July 1, 2021, SB has stepped down as CEO of Acronis so he can better lead the company’s technology and research strategy as Chief Research Officer. SB’s role now includes a larger focus on overseeing and directing the company’s advanced technologies, as well as its university relations program – including the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT) in Switzerland, which he co-founded in 2019. SB sits on the Governing Board of the Centre for Quantum Technologies in Singapore. He holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. (Hons) in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIPT.

In 2002, I Joined Abu Dhabi Police and started working as a Network technician, at the same time, my passion for educational qualifications was under my target. Thus, I worked hard in parallel and earned my HD (Higher Diploma) degree at CNET ( computer Network Engineering Tech ) from the HCT ( Higher College of Technology ) AlAin city , as well as my Bachelor degree in computer Networking. In 2009, I moved to New York State and applied for SU (Syracuse University) where I completed my Master Degree in Telecommunication Network Management. In 2018 I earned my higher degree in PHD Project Management from the British University in Dubai. I attended more than 100+ events, workshops and conferences internally and externally as a speakers or part of the panel discussion and most of them were about Network & Cyber Security and telecommunication as well as Digital Transformation with Future Accelerators. However, my responsibility at Abu Dhabi police GHQ as telecom division manager makes me always busy, I do have other role as a telecom committee manager for most of the events around Abu Dhabi city such as , Grand Prix Formula One event. Co-Founder of “Digital Barza“ which has more than 100+ members to accelerate the process of sharing and exchanging the knowledge. And A winner of IACP ( International Association of chef of Police ) for 40 under 40 award 2021.
