Dr. Serg Bell is a tech entrepreneur, investor and executive. He founded two-dozen global IT companies, numerous venture funds and several science and education centers, including Constructor Group (formerly known as SIT), Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Webpros, Runa Capital and Terra.VC. Serg is also involved in developing science and education around the globe in various ways. Dr. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in physics, an M.S. with honors in physics and electrical engineering, and a Ph.D. in computer science. He has filed over 350 patents (USPTO) with an H-index of 47.

Ana Maria Montero (AM) is an international TV, radio and print journalist with 20 years of experience who grew up professionally within the CNN family – from intern to anchor desk – working for CNN International, CNN Español, CNN domestic and HLN, in English and Spanish. During this time, she hosted ‘Escenario’, a Los Angeles-based daily entertainment news show focused on all things arts and entertainment: Hollywood, premieres, celebrity interviews, set visits, film festivals, concerts, etc., including live coverage of the Academy Awards®, Grammys® and other high-profile events around the globe for CNN and TNT. She rounded out her experience as a live news correspondent working out of the Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, San Francisco, Chicago, Buenos Aires, and Mexico City Bureaus. In 2017 AM traded red carpets for stock markets and joined the CNNMoney Switzerland team as an anchor for their flagship business and finance show, The Swiss Pulse. She also became host of the long-format interview show, The Newsmaker, as well as Tech Talk, a show about all things tech, with a focus on sustainability, the Swiss start-up scene and women in tech, covering such international events like CES Las Vegas and Viva Tech in Paris.

Dino was elected to the Schaffhausen government council in 2020 and took over the economics department when he took office in January 2021. He is a business economist with a specialization in finance, Zurich University of Economics. 2013-2014: President of the GPK of the Canton of Schaffhausen. 2012-2016: Member of the GPK SH audit committee and from 2021 he became Government Council / Head of the Department of Economics and Justice.

She is a frequent event speaker at the SOA, IFoA, AAE, Risk!N, and InsurTech and have published articles on actuarial and technical topics, including White Papers written with Denny Wan (Chair of the Open Group FAIR Sydney Chapter) of Macquarie University (Australia) on cyber pricing models and Fei Zhang (Head of Blockchain at Allianz Group) on the Future Model of Insurance. She also frequently serves as a panel member for conferences on actuarial and technical topics, in particular, cyber and pandemic risks. Previously, with Metabiota, she served governments and insurers across the world by helping them with the vetting of risk models for epidemic and pandemic risks for L&H and livestock coverages. Prior to that, as Executive Director for the Insurance Industry at Hewlett Packard, developed IT architectures and implemented Telematics and Pay-as-you-drive solutions. As an Associate Partner at IBM, Petra served the insurance industry in Europe and Asia with product design and technical solutions in emerging markets. Earlier, she worked for Accenture for nine years, first as a consultant and then Managing Director, serving the European insurance industry. Her extensive experience in the field of actuarial science includes a stint as Global Director at SunGard, where she led the Actuarial teams in Europe and Asia. At Pro Insurance Services and at FTI, she led actuarial and forensic investigations over a wide range of topics, including money laundering, international capital reserve needs, fraud and suicide claims, compliance issues for insurance industry start-ups, and due diligence reviews. She worked as an actuary in the U.S. for US Fidelity & Guaranty and then Aetna. She is a licensed actuary of the Swiss and German actuarial societies and an affiliate of the British actuarial society, earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Münster and have done post-graduate research at the University of Maryland.

Candid Wüest has accumulated extensive experience in the field of IT security for the past 20 years. Since 2020, he is the VP of Cyber Protect Research at Acronis and as of Nov 2023 VP of Product Management. From 2003-2020, he was employed by Symantec Switzerland. As Principal Threat Researcher he evaluated current and future trends in the threat landscape and researched new protection methods. Prior to this Candid analyzed computer viruses for the Symantec Anti-Malware Lab in Dublin and created malware signatures. He also worked for the Global Security Analyzing Lab of IBM Research in Rüschlikon and for Creative Netconsulting which he co-founded as Chief Security Officer (CSO). Candid did his master in computer science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).

Svetlana has over 25 years of IT and Telecom experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management. She started her career in Telecom industry in 1996 in Comstar Telecommunications in Moscow, Russia. In 1997 Svetlana relocated to Dubai and in 1999 started working in Aptec, a leading IT Distributor in META. Svetlana has built and successfully developed a Mobility Business Unit in Aptec, after which in 2008 she started her career in the IT division in the same company as Marketing Manager Gulf and then Marketing Director META. In 2012 Aptec Holdings was acquired by the global distribution giant Ingram Micro Inc. Svetlana was a member of Ingram Micro Executive team of META region until her appointment as a Managing Director Ingram Micro Switzerland in June 2020. Svetlana relocated to Switzerland with her family in August 2020. Svetlana Sorokina holds an MA in Arabic language and literature from Moscow State University and an MBA from American University in Dubai.
